We recently utilised the service of Dynamic Cleaning after a recommendation from a neighbour. Nigel was professional, efficient and cleaned up after himself. Highly recommend this business and will be sure to use them again.
I've been using Nigel's services for years as he always does a great job and his prices are extremely reasonable. He is punctual, polite, helpful and professional. He's done my windows, solar panels and gutters and they all end up satisfyingly clean.
Thank you Dynamic cleaning our windows look great. Prompt service, great price and very pleasant to deal with.
Outdoor surfaces in Melbourne pick up dirt, algae and traffic dust. Driveways turn patchy. Timber stays slippery after rain. Eaves grow a green edge you only notice in the afternoon sun. Pressure washing — the same work many people call pressure cleaning — lifts that build-up without you buying a machine for two uses a year.
Dynamic Cleaning Victoria is family-run and fully insured. Nigel Vennell has been looking after homes in the Eastern Suburbs since 2012. The change is obvious, but only if the pressure matches the surface. Blasting everything on high feathers concrete, strips old paint and chews up decking.
Real pressure washing results — walls, driveways, steps and outdoor paving.

A typical visit covers one or more of:
Oil spots on a driveway often lighten a great deal. They do not always vanish, especially if they have sat for years. We would rather say that up front. Old paint and crumbly mortar are worth a conversation first, so we do not take off more than you wanted.
Call 0433 230 310 and walk us through the property: driveway, side path, back deck, eaves, the patio roof. Mention pets, a recently sealed surface, or a neighbour’s car that parks against the fence.
We quote first, then on the day we agree what is in and what is off limits. Outdoor furniture can be moved or cleaned in place. We start higher up — eaves and patio roofs — so dirty water is not run over a driveway we have just finished. Pressure and nozzle change with the material: timber and perspex are not treated like a stained concrete slab. Gardens get a rinse where overspray has landed. You should be able to use the path once it has dried.
Driveways and decks in Vermont South, Nunawading, Mitcham, Mount Waverley, Glen Waverley, Wheelers Hill, Burwood, Box Hill, Blackburn, Ringwood, Wantirna and Doncaster weather the same way: a wet winter, then a film of mould and dirt that a garden hose will not shift. If you are close to those suburbs, we can usually fit you in.
SaveNot if the pressure is chosen for the surface. New or soft timber, painted eaves and older exposed-aggregate driveways need a lighter pass. If a surface looks too fragile on the day, we will say so and leave it rather than mark it.
Yes. Patio roofs collect leaf tannin, dust and that cloudy film that makes the area underneath feel darker. We use a setting that cleans the sheet without scarring it. Tell us the roof type when you quote — polycarbonate, perspex or glass — because they are not all washed the same way.
Yes. Wet paving grows algae and gets slippery, which is the main reason people ask. We work around furniture and keep overspray out of the water where we can. We do not empty, scrub or chemically treat the pool itself.
A single driveway is often a morning. Add a timber deck, eaves and a patio roof and it becomes a longer visit. The quote will reflect the area, not a flat “house wash” guess.
There is water involved, and it has to go somewhere. We aim runoff at lawn and drains, not at the neighbour’s door. If your yard sits lower than the driveway, mention it so we can plan the direction of work.
If the driveway, deck or eaves are looking tired, call Nigel at Dynamic Cleaning Victoria on 0433 230 310 for a free quote. We can often combine this with windows or gutters on the same visit if that suits you.
SaveConcrete and pavers collect tyre marks, moss and a grey film. Shaded side paths often go green and slippery first. We clean the full width, edges included, not just a stripe down the middle.
Timber is softer than concrete, so decks get a lighter pass along the grain. Patios and steps are cleaned so the joints and edges come up too.
SaveRender, paint and older mortar can be damaged by too much pressure. On these we use a lower setting and try a small, out-of-the-way patch first. If render is cracked or paint is already lifting, we will talk to you before going further.
SaveWe can also look at the gutters or windows while we are there.
