Nigel has attended our double storey house for many years and always does a fantastic job, on a recent visit his daughter Tash attended and was just as thorough leaving all the windows and flyscreens spotlessly clean. Nigel also cleans the gutters and couple of times a year.

What a window clean includes

Single storey homes
Every pane, frame, track and fly-screen is on one level. When you ask for a quote, mention any skylights, mirrors or kitchen splashbacks you want done as well, so nothing is left off the list.
Double storey homes
We clean double-storey homes safely using the right ladders and water-fed poles, so the top-floor glass gets the same attention as the windows you can reach from the garden. One customer with a double storey house has had Nigel back for many years, with all the windows and flyscreens left spotlessly clean.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Most homes in the Eastern Suburbs look best with a clean every 6 to 12 months. Every six months is a good rhythm for a lot of households: the glass, screens and skylights get cleaned before grime has a chance to build up. Homes near busy roads, trees or construction may need it more often.
It can make sense to look after the rest of the house at the same time. Some customers have us clean the windows and also do the gutter cleaning a couple of times a year. If you have panels on the roof, ask about solar panel cleaning too.

2. On the day
Drop sheets go down inside before we start. Fly-screens are taken off, washed and refitted. The glass is cleaned inside and out, and frames, tracks and ledges are wiped so the window does not look half-done by the afternoon. Upstairs windows are cleaned with the right ladders and water-fed poles.
3. Anything else while we are there
If the gutters, paths or driveway need attention as well, mention it when you book. We also do pressure washing and solar panel cleaning, so one local business can look after the outside of the house.
